Elemental Breathwork is a therapy centered around breath, aiming to release physical tension, emotional stress, and psychological blockages. The practice focuses on accessing and releasing stored tension in the body and mind, promoting relaxation and relief to alleviate symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties. Utilizing diverse tools, each session is uniquely crafted. Having worked with over 100 clients since April 2023, there have been reported improvements in managing depression, grief, anxiety, PTSD, and physical pain such as back pain.
